COMMUNITY LEADERSHIP PROJECT

CELBMD Africa cannot achieve their vision of establishing sustainable communities and organizations in Cameroon and Africa without empowering transformational community leaders on how to impact their communities. This project will empower leaders who are in, for and by their communities, to build healthy communities. For communities to be strong in Cameroon and the African Continent we need to empower community leaders with knowledge, skills, volunteering spirit, networks and partnership. The acquisition of new skills will also enhance the effectiveness in addressing issues in their respective communities. This project therefore aims at advancing community driven, innovative and sustainable solutions on critical issues/problems facing our communities. Leadership is a skill that community leaders must master.

Inspire Africa Project

Inspire Africa project is an oriented program of The Center For Entrepreneurship, Leadership and Business Management Development (CELBMD) Africa which aims to train young transformational leaders and entrepreneurs in leadership, entrepreneurship, community development, peace building, career development and personal development in other to give an amazing boast to their lives and the community at large. The main objective of this project is to improve the leadership capabilities of young people in Africa, redefining African Young people which will lead to a great empowerment and job creation.  Inspire Africa Project is all about creating a driven platform through which we can engage young people and the rest of Africa. The ultimate task facing Bui and the rest Africa is to build outstanding transformational leaders.
