CELBMD
Africa cannot achieve their vision of establishing sustainable communities and
organizations in Cameroon and Africa without empowering transformational
community leaders on how to impact their communities. This project will empower
leaders who are in, for and by their communities, to build healthy communities.
For communities to be strong in Cameroon and the African Continent we need to
empower community leaders with knowledge, skills, volunteering spirit, networks
and partnership. The acquisition of new skills will also enhance the
effectiveness in addressing issues in their respective communities. This
project therefore aims at advancing community driven, innovative and
sustainable solutions on critical issues/problems facing our communities. Leadership
is a skill that community leaders must master.
