is CELBMD’s Leadership program which its main aim is to bring out a new
generation of upright (Christian) leaders who can carefully handle and solve
complicated problems and take wise actions amidst complex situations. Communicate direction, achieve alignment and
build commitment to bridge the gap between upper class and the less privileged.
Through this program we will strengthen people to be leaders who think and act
systematically and be resilient, visionary, influencers, passion-infusers, team
builders, victorious sufferers, fighters of negative trends and leaders as
determined men or women of integrity. The leaders who go through this program
are those who will turn strategy into action. These enable people to discover
their potential as leaders.
