Our Vision:

CELBMD Africa has a vision for a dynamic culture of entrepreneurship, leadership, community development and effective business/Organizational management skills in Cameroon that stimulates entrepreneurial thinking, innovation, the creation of jobs and therefore the decline of unemployment, poverty, bad morals, and inequality and leaves a sustainable Cameroon for future generations. Everybody has the knowledge to create opportunity for themselves, organization and communities.

Our Mission:

To advance entrepreneurial mind sets, Business/Organizational Management skills, community development,  leadership skills, nurture emerging entrepreneurs and establish sustainable enterprises/organizations and communities.

PREAMBLE:

The Center for Entrepreneurship, Leadership and Business Management Development (CELBMD) Africa- The Pan African Professional Center is a strategic initiative of Community Sustainable Development and Entrepreneurship Foundation (COSDEF). CELBMD Africa is a non-profit making social enterprise (NGO) and Training Center with mission to advance entrepreneurial mind sets, leadership skills, nurture emerging entrepreneurs and establish sustainable enterprises and organizations in rural/semi urban communities through entrepreneurship, business and organizational management skills empowerment.

We offer basic and professional training services and resources in strive to promote socio economic         development, amongst the underprivileged, uneducated, school drop outs, unemployed and corporate workers especially those of rural/semi urban areas, minorities, and females.  We plan, prepare, and conduct successful short courses, trainings, workshops, seminars and conferences in essence to assist our targeted audience develop the necessary talents, skills and human resources that will assist them to progress in life. Gain greater skills, confidence, and professional recognition.

CELBMD is an African professional training Organisation that was established to meet the ongoing needs of the Cameroon and African work force in the current dynamic and ever changing business environment. CELBMD offers a wide range of professional short courses that are designed to continuously improve productivity in various organizations like Government, parastatals, Non-Governmental Organizations (NGO), Private sector etc. we are known for being practical, focused and results oriented. we aim to provide flexibility in our training in order to meet the array of needs and constraints facing the public and private organizations today.

CELBMD also focuses on providing aspiring entrepreneurs who have started a business with the skills, opportunities and inspiration they need to succeed. Our programs are designed to help businesses develop and grow and in turn, stimulate the economy.
