CELBMD orient and source for opportunities for their students, job seekers and individuals to gain access to apprenticeship trainings, internships, scholarships, business funding, volunteering, networking, jobs and resources to help them grow in life. We also have the skills to write concept notes, Actions plans, writing of projects, and business plans, organization management and implementation of organization projects.
